So.
While I haven't officially seen the list of things for remedy, my realtor did mention them to Giga, and one of them I didn't even know about.
1. Move the garbage disposal switch under the sink. (Was always something I thought of doing.)
2. Have a damper added to the chimney and certify it for woodburning. (I just always burned logs there without the damper/flue.)
3. Repair the leaky tub faucets. (Was always planned for the remodel of the bathroom.)
4. There's apparently a leak on the somewhere after the water meter that I didn't know about.
5. Change the 30amp breaker for the stove to a 40amp breaker.
Obviously, none of these hampered my enjoyment of the house nor have we ever tripped circuits.
So. Tomorrow I'll begin looking for a plumber and a chimney guy. The simple electrical stuff I should be able to do myself.
