Once again, something that should be a simple thing to repair here becomes a total cluster fuck because it should have been done when the moisture started being a problem.

Both toilets (upstairs and downstairs) should have had their tank to commode gaskets redone a long time ago.
They leak and obviously have been for some time.
Well... of course, the downstairs toilet's bolts are totally rusted solid.
I managed to get the rear and vanity-side ones out (after 90 minutes) but the shower-side one just won't budge.
90 minutes soaking in WD-40 still won't loosen it.
Nothing... is... ever... simple... here.
