Teddy Kristiansen’s work on The Sandman was minimal, basically #64, Part 8 of “The Kindly Ones” but oh how some of his panels live in my brain rent free.

This panel haunts me. We don’t really see the The Erinyes. But we fee them on the page. We feel them in the room with Morpheus. And by this point in the story, we know they will fulfill their function.

We need The Erinyes now in our lives more than ever.
